Portrait Pricing

All pricing is in Canadian funds and includes shipping/handling.

Non-refundable deposit, half of the *standard portrait fee =  $75.00

An additional pet, ie two heads instead of one in the picture = $35.00*

An added feature, ie. dish, toy, leash, or hand lettering  = $20.00*

Final payment, remaining half of *standard portrait fee= $75.00

due after final online viewing

 *Standard portrait, head and chest of one pet = $150.00 with shipping included

All pricing is for the artwork only and does not include framing or matting. Shipped artwork will be placed in a clear archival art sleeve before packaging to protect it while in transit.

How to Order

Because each artwork is custom, there can be some variance in the ordering procedure, but this is what usually happens.

1. Submit payment of non-refundable deposit

2. Upon submitting the deposit please email me artist@aportraitfromphoto.com three choice photos of your pet, and mention any additional features you would like. Please be sure that the photos are clear and preferably at least 1-2 inches across in the face. The more clear and crisp your photo is , the better the portrait will be.

note: this is the time to be sure that you have stated any extras you may want, such as a certain background, or hand-lettering added to the work.

2b. Upon receipt of the deposit and pictures I will inform you of the expected date of completion.

You will be shown a preview of the portrait online before asked to make final payment.

3. Remit final payment and payments for any additional features and/ or pets.

3b. Portrait will be shipped upon receipt of final payment.

Payment of half the standard sitting fee is required for drawing to begin, this is the deposit and is not refundable.

 Final amount is due before portrait will be shipped, a preview will be provided to assure that you are pleased with the portrait.

Copyright Policy

All images/artwork remain as copyright property of the Artist and may not be duplicated, published or resold without consent. Should payment not be received the original piece of commissioned artwork will remain as possession of the Artist.
